TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The price is subject to revision in the event of any fuel price hikes.
- The calculation of distance in kilometers and hours is based on the journey from our office to our office.
- Driver allowance (Bata) is applicable for local trips during the hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Payments will be processed every 15 days, subject to the timely submission of bills.
- Payments must be cleared within 15 days of receiving the bills. Payment shall be made via a cheque drawn in favor of “URBAN TRAVELS AND LOGISTICS.”
Outstation Trips
- For outstation trips, a minimum charge for 300 kilometers per day will apply at the specified per-kilometer rate. Additionally, driver allowance (Bata) as per the terms above will be applicable. If the trip involves travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional Bata will be charged.
